Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare quotations/letters/emails if needed for different purposes
• Review contract statement of work, quotation from item/service suppliers, purchase order, quotation to clients
• Take notes, & disseminate to Site Supervisors if needed
• Assist with proposal preparation, mainly on past performances, assist in reviewing statement of work and how this is related to items/services being priced. Or compare if there are any changes.
• Takes call for complaints/minor concern from end users
• Maintain an excel sheet for all delivery schedule, and confirms once a delivery has been completed.
• Participate, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing the draft documents. Contract administration must be considered during this process.
• Monitor the progress and performance to ensure goods and services conform to the contract requirements.
• Manage any goods, services, and/or property used in contract performance.
• Authorize payments consistent with the contract terms.
• Resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Document significant events.
• Maintain appropriate records.
• Significant deliverables should be tied to the payment schedule.
• Contract Performance - When, where, and how the goods and services are to be delivered.
• Contract Dates: The effective date, completion date, renewal terms, and any additional dates necessary to monitor contract performance.
