- Manage the company accommodation and ensures rules and regulations are being followed by the residents as per company policies and guidelines.
- Address queries/grievances of camp residents as the first point of contact.
- Works closely with the EHS team to maintain a safe and healthy environment inside the camp and across company premises.
- Evaluates risks and provides solutions to Managers and employees to de-risk any incident.
- Plays an active role in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Manages the transportation service requirement of employees’ while optimizing fuel and driver overtime cost.
- Ensures cleaning contract is strictly followed by the cleaning contactor.
- Organizes provision and proper utilization of lockers for employees in the plant and camp.
- Works closely with the purchasing team in evaluating, ordering and purchasing white and brown goods supplies for the camp and office.
- Data entry into HR systems to ensure all HR records are kept up-to- date and as per ISO guidelines.
- Provide administrative support and coordination during recruitment campaigns to the lead Recruitment Officer.
- Develop a set of monthly HR reports along with the HRM that support HR dashboards and monthly reporting.
- Provide backup to the Sr. HR Officer during payroll by record keeping of attendance, leaves (all kinds), over time and bonuses in the system.
- Prepares travel authorization document, appreciation certificates, warning/disciplinary letter and other routine correspondence as deemed necessary
