• Allocate most competitive prices for quality of goods and service while committed to procurement policies and procedures.
• Collect procurement requirements from end user.
• Collect at least three updated quotations from different suppliers and prepare comparison for the review and selection by the end user.
• Finalize details of orders and deliveries.
• Survey market to identify new suppliers.
• Maintain positive relationship with existing and new suppliers.
• Process cash purchases.
• Prepare procurement reports by collecting and analyzing cost, quality, end user requirement, vendor and other information.
• Conduct supplier evaluation at least once per year.
