Responsible for maintaining daily Service schedule.
Prepare and submit monthly service schedule, coordinate schedule with customer.
Responsible for recording the service detail in the asset file after Sr Supervisor verification.
Provide the weekly and monthly service & activity report of all maintenance work in the Department to the Service Manager.
Responsible for the documentation of the asset movement and asset locations.
Responsible for the preparation and documentation for hires and off hires.
Record keeping of PR outside process and follow ups.
Responsible for tracking Gate passes, ensuring that gate passes are available for all Technicians & Vehicles
