• Establish all the planning and scheduling requirements of the projects
• Identifying and developing an integrated Project plan, the Work Breakdown Structure, schedules, milestones and budgets
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan and update on regular intervals
• Cost-loaded the schedule for forecasting revenue and prepared the ‘S’ curve.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management for any critical shortfalls
• Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the daily, weekly and monthly program and report as per contract requirements
• Participate in project progress review meetings and discussions with the Customer as required.
• Liaise with subcontractor construction representatives for the implementation of schedules as per target
• Review and approve the progress measurement of subcontract works in coordination with QS
• Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
