- Purchase PPE (Personal Protective Equipments/Safety Outfits) and tools all inventory and consumable items
- Expedite all overdue Purchase Orders
- Establish essential working relationships with Approved Suppliers
- Maintain proper level of inventory items to support Production needs
- Perform weekly routine cycle counts
- Run Reports to establish purchasing requirements
- Request quotes from Suppliers
- Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions for signature approvals
- Prepare Purchase Orders and send to Suppliers
- Contact Suppliers to expedite overdue orders
- Prepare, Monitor and control Supplier KPIs
- Develop and maintain business relationships and partnerships
- Processes purchase orders to ensure accuracy and ensure proper distributions to vendor, department
- Manages list of authorized Vendors List/Customer List
- Maintains contract insurance documents to ensure contract compliance
