1- This position is under PARTS department in an international air condition company.
2- The main role of the Sales Engineer is to promote the company refrigeration and to provide technical assistance in order to achieve the assigned sales target. To comply with any additional work related assignment as instructed by Management.
3- Increases segment share by adding new customers
4- Understands customers’ needs, by frequent visits and meetings to the customer
5- Generates the inquiries based on identified customers’ needs
6- Prepares quotations and promptly sends it to customer
7- Contacts customers to explain, discuss and negotiate quotations in order to book the order
Reviews contracts as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the quote and acknowledges the order
8- Forwards the order to the PAP Admin Assistant for processing
9- Ensures invoices and materials are delivered in a timely manner
10- Follows the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department
Sends outstanding receivables statements frequently to ensure timely collection of payments
11- Ensures meeting assigned financial target (Sales, GM, Booking, and DSO)
12- Attends weekly and monthly department meetings well prepared
