Job Purpose:
To provide guidance in implementing safety rules and regulations at work site
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Conduct site HSE orientation programmes.
2. Preparation of risk assessment, method statements, safe work plan for each job.
3. Review adequacy and applicability of HSE systems.
4. Ensure conduct of daily tool box meetings prior to the start of work.
5. Co-ordination with the project management to facilitate any safety, health and environment requirements.
6. Ensure availability of HSE requirements such as first aid, fire protection, hygiene and sanitation etc.
7. Ensure calibration and certification of Equipment’s at site.
8. Periodical HSE statistics reports.
9. Periodical inspection of equipment’s, tools and facilities etc.
10. Co-ordinate with clients in all HSE related activities.
11. Safety record keeping.
12. Participate in HSE promotion activities.
13. Participate in safety audits.
14. HSE performance evaluation.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
