JOB OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for managing a large team of Quantity Surveyors based across the MENA region, and will have full commercial responsibility for current and future projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre-Contract
• Overall responsibility for all tender / contract documentation
• Participate in tender openings, tender appraisal
• Appointment of QS consultants
• Appointment of lead consultants and sub consultants
• Appointment of main contractor
• Project budgets and preparation of internal project cost reports
Post Contract
• Contractual liaison with the Project Managers
• Agree final account
• Overall responsibility for Variations and Claims
