- Abide by company policies and procedures.
- Supervise the company fleet & facilities team.
- Coordinate with departments/projects for renewing vehicles registration books.
- Follow up with rental companies regarding repairing rented vehicles.
- Follow up with the Logistics Workshop regarding repairing company equipment & vehicles.
- Arrange for drivers when requested by other support departments (HR, Finance, SCD etc.)
- Coordinate between HR Dept. & Logistics Dept. to arrange accommodation for new joiners & when required.
- Coordinate with projects site coordinators regarding renewal of Logistics Dept. staff gate
passes.
- Coordinate with KNPC, JTC Transportation Company to arrange diesel for projects.
- Renew diesel quota at KNPC.
- Coordinate with contractors for construction works for company buildings & facilities.
- Prepare and maintain inventory list for accommodation furniture and assets.
- Keep camps database tracked & updated.
- Coordinate with camp bosses and direct supervisor for all related camp issues &
requirements.
- Conduct random inspection on company buildings and fleet to make sure they are in good condition and that the company policies are followed.
- Make sure apartments assets meet the grading system standards.
- Send daily report to the direct supervisor on camp related issues.
- Supervise the security activities of the company’s corporate buildings & facilities.
- Get quotations from suppliers for services and materials required for company fleet and buildings.
- Track the attendance of the logistics team and sign the time sheet.
- Ensure installation of IVMS device (Vehicle Monitoring System) in all company vehicles.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Department regarding quotations for facilities required items / services.
- Arrange rental of cranes & equipment.
- Track the expiry date of all facilities services and staff accommodation contracts.
- Arrange furniture for site offices, labor camps, and other company buildings.
- Coordinate with the Administration department regarding the pickup license for pickup drivers.
