To address direction to external inquiries and facilitate smooth coordination between internal departments.


  • Greeting incoming Clients/ Walk-in Candidates

  • Handling Communications: Calls, Fax, E-mails

  • Doing Translations if required

  • Making use of – Scanner, Photocopy machine, binders and printers.

  • Arranging meetings: Internally and Externally

  • Cold Calling : Pitching new clients

  • Providing Coordination between all departments

  •  Filing and recording important documents, events etc.

  • Providing weekly status update of cold calling list

  • Active involvement in all Business Development activities

  • Assisting the recruitment team

  • Screening candidates 

  • Posting jobs on portals, website and social medias

  • Maintaining and handling HR tool

  • Maintaining database of client and candidates
