To address direction to external inquiries and facilitate smooth coordination between internal departments.
- Greeting incoming Clients/ Walk-in Candidates
- Handling Communications: Calls, Fax, E-mails
- Doing Translations if required
- Making use of – Scanner, Photocopy machine, binders and printers.
- Arranging meetings: Internally and Externally
- Cold Calling : Pitching new clients
- Providing Coordination between all departments
- Filing and recording important documents, events etc.
- Providing weekly status update of cold calling list
- Active involvement in all Business Development activities
- Assisting the recruitment team
- Screening candidates
- Posting jobs on portals, website and social medias
- Maintaining and handling HR tool
- Maintaining database of client and candidates
