Purpose:
To play critical part in manpower planning and recruitment activities ensuring most effective and efficient sourcing of CVs as well as working on Kuwaitization Programs.
Basic Function & Scope of Job:
1. Play critical role in manpower planning and crafting
Recruitment Strategy
2. Search, pre-screen and present shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring
Manager
3. Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to their recruiting needs
4. Initiate, and maintain relationships with Top Universities in Kuwait to target early talents
5. Manage interview schedules for identified candidates
6. This will include preparation and co-ordination of interview schedules and co-ordination of events on the day
7. Prepare offer letters
8. Manage on-boarding candidates to ensure a smooth transition to the company
9. Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and submit timely Repor
