JOB SUMMARY:
Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of the organization's talent management strategies by way of data management alongside other analytical capabilities. This individual will hold accountability for coordination and assistance with the development, implementation and administration of all professional organizational development programs and resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Management
- Support the execution of the organizational talent management strategy and framework in alignment with the organizational and department specific objectives
- Develop and actively manage a variety of learning content combining in-person with web based tools; liaise and procure services from training vendors based on need
- Create and manage the annual training calendar for the organization with strict adherence to stakeholder communication on all available platforms
- Hold ownership for initiation and management of all employee development initiatives such as Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Professional Development Plans (PDPs) and so on
- Oversee the Training Effectiveness Review for training programs and make recommendations on programs based on collated feedback
- Manage the organization Internship and Graduate programs supported by strong collaboration with industry partners
Administration- Generate consistent and up-to-date reports tracking the completed trainings with the attendees' details, upcoming scheduled sessions, training effectiveness, and the ROI.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to schedule training programs and logistical arrangements for the same; provide follow up services to programs such as certificate preparation and distribution
- Hold ownership for maintenance of Talent Management webpage on company intranet and ensure that displayed content reflects updated information
Performance Management- Support the rollout of the organizational Annual Performance Management process for all stakeholders and subsidiaries under purview
- Conduct timely and frequent data audits to ensure accurate employee details in the system and follow up on changes till closure
- Collaborate with Business Partnering and Recruitment teams to stay updated on new joiners and changes in data hierarchy
- Conduct Performance Management orientation programs for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing employees
- Provide regular updates and statistics to department head on rollout of all yearly activities linked to Performance Management
EDUCATION- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration from college of repute
- Certification in HR specific stream will be preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience with brief exposure to public speaking and presentations
SPECIFIC SKILLS- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command over the English language; Arabic proficiency will be an added advantage
- Ability to interact with variety of people and audience
- High level of influencing, persuasion, and networking skills
- Advanced skills on MS Excel, MS word, PPT and Visio; ability to use Photoshop and other audio and video editing software would be an advantage
COMPETENCIES:- High level of learning agility, ability to take initiatives ahead till completion
- Ability to think outside the box and provide suggestions to improve efficiencies
- Capable of working independently as well as being an integral member of a team
