- Work with high operational efficiency through providing tailored quality trade Incentive structure by channel, focusing on high quality rather than acquisition to unlock our high value customer.
- Design/Redesign the sales channel to ensure getting the right investment.
- Develop, monitor and analyze KPI’s throughout the Operations Auditing function to enable informed decisions and resources’ planning on real-time basis.
- Reporting and analyzing sales/revenues data and providing forecasting trends to provide insights to Channel Heads and enable effective decision making on resources deployment.
- Evaluate sales quality and profitability for each channel and recommend necessary actions to increase and enhance the performance of Indirect and Direct distribution channels.
- Ensures the financial plans, actual, budgets and forecasts associated with the function are integrated into the department operational planning cycles
- Planning and forecasting KPIs across all channels (e.g. sales volume, quality of sales, channel activity related indicators, channel incentives, subscriber acquisition costs, channel profitability, etc.)
- Provides input into the forecasts, budgets and financial plans of the directorate including the regular budget reviews.
- Provides financial advice & input to commercial decisions
- Develop Financial models for Business Cases to support investment, and estimate benefits related to suggested initiatives together with decision support
- Conduct post implementation reviews to verify if actual benefits have been realized in line with forecasts
