1) To develop new product along with Technical Manager according to the market need and to modify the existing product upon the performances if required.
2) Planning directions for research with the departmental team.
3) To formulate and monitor control of various parameters of paint processing.
4) Product Development for the achievement of desired quality at its optimum level, should be able to lead and develop in the R&D of innovative products and specialized applications related to paint products.
5) Site visit and discussion with Clients upon any noncompliance.
6) Coordinate for formulation, RM selection, International test methods, quality control techniques and chemical intuitive skills.
7) Update Technical Knowledge through literature reviews and communications across the departments monitor the maintaining of lab equipment’s and safety protocols.
8) Monitor and make sure with the chemist maintaining a clean working lab and computer generated reports and project related documents which are result oriented.
9) Communicate effectively with the management on any progress, results and analysis that will lead to product solutions.
10) Comparison between our product and competitors’ products from time to time.
