Registration Procedure:
1- Meet the parents and respond to all their inquires.
2- Follow up, implement assessment exams, and complete a student enrollment in accordance with the school's policy.
3- Create new records of newly enrolled students.
4- Issue lists of students' names according to their classes and distribute them to HOD's.
5- Re-enroll old students in cooperation with the cashier.
• Student withdrawal procedure:
1- Prepare all necessary documents for a student's withdrawal.
2- Issue the clearance certificate and send the student file to the Ministry of Education.
• Students' Reports :
1- Recognition of new subjects into the computer.
2- Ensure all marks are entered into the computer, revise them and print out all students' marks and reports.
3- Enter the number of absence days into the computer.
4- Enter the students' marks (at the end of the first and the second semester).
• The Students' Files:
1- Open a file for each student and ensure its completion.
2- Update all students' data on the computer.
3- Send a copy of newly enrolled students' transfer document and copy of grade 1 students' enrollment application form to the Private Education section.
4- Add a copy of the old students' academic progress reports into their files.
• The school registry and statistics:
1- Prepare and send the school registry to the Private Education Sector.
2- Prepare the number of students' periodic statistic.
3- Assist the supervisor in preparing all statistical reports related to the Ministry of Education.
4- Print all records required by the Public Authority for Civil Information
