The Quality Control Manager position implements and manages the overall operation of the commissary. Ensures that the production of semi-finished products follows the procedures and standards.
Essential Functions
1. Oversee the production of semi-produced products and ensuring that standards are being followed and practiced at all times.
2. Able to handle product complaints.
3. ability to conduct an internal audit in the facility and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
4. Ensures that raw materials for productions are in stock.
5. Ability to manage, coach and improve the skills of the production teams.
