• Assist day to day operations of the parts procurement department for overseas and local parts procurement.
• Monitor consumption and demand of parts sales and recommend parts orders based on historic sales and market needs.
• Order input in Kerridge system - processing and order status tracking
• New model parts identification and product information inputs and data encoding.
• Follow up Parts claims processing, back order and Lead time analysis.
• Provide product support information to branches.
• VOR / PNI processing and record maintenance stock reconciliation.
• Maintain all records, invoices, vouchers and claims in organized filing system.
• Comply and maintain the procedures associated with ISO 9000 / N-CAM / DOS.
