Key Accountabilities: § Conducts market research (both desk & field work) as guided by the Unit Manager to understand the competition in the market and to find new ways to increase sales. § Handles all incoming cardholder inquiries (by phone, fax, letters, walk-in customers & through branch network). § Visits potential customers with the invitation letter/credit card application based on direction provided by Unit Manager and delivers the signed application to the Unit Supervisor for onward processing. § Delivers the processed cards to VIP cardholders. § Sends monthly statements by fax to selected VIP cardholders. § Undertakes the necessary background work for offer preparation in coordination with Unit Manager. § Performs other related tasks as required by the Manager. § Coordinates with the Units within the Card Center. |
