• Register, Process, Non-Motor Claims and submit for management approval and file recovery wherever applicable.
• Conduct pre-risk acceptance survey and claims survey for Fire, Marine & Miscellaneous
Department, prepare report as per directives from the Management.
• Assist in underwriting, facultative acceptance and facultative placements as per H.O underwriting directives.
• Issue underwriting documents in the Marine, Fire & Accident department as and when required.
• Visit clients for any enquiry/ queries and prepare quotations.
• Prepare HO XOL reports, year-end reports, monthly reports and other statistical returns.
• Correspondence with insured and reinsurance companies and HO as required.
• Liaise with Auditors, Ministry officials and Clients regarding claims.
• Preparation of monthly outstanding claims statement.
• Review of calculations for approval of Motor Claims for payments.
• Prepare monthly performance report.
