Key responsibilities
- To control the consistency and uniformity of finished products against the requirements specified in the batch cards.
- To maintain quality control data records.
- To comply with E-Convention, QMS and EMS requirements.
Key tasks
- Enters formulations in AX system and present it to the Lab in Charge for review and approval.
- Controls production batches to ensure that product specifications are met.
- Assists in issuing batch certificates.
Conducts Root Cause Analysis for registered complaints. - Approves Colour Match and maintain records as per E-Convention.
- Performs calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Tests incoming raw materials.
Creates batch cards. - Ensures KPI’s are met.
- To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
