We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain with extensive experience in building and leading supply chain operations ensuring a seamless supply chain and logistics experience. The Head of Supply Chain will provide leadership for all warehousing, logistics and shipping activities with an effort to control costs while also improving efficiency and accuracy in the management of inventory.
- Effectively control the total supply chain from suppliers to store premises, working closely with the warehouse management;
- Handle all supply chain issues;
- Define, architect and implement our current and future operational/supply-chain roadmap;
- Manage day-to-day operations, 3PL partners and other service providers to improve service levels, operational efficiencies, and costs.
- Monitor third party performance against agreed SLA’s to ensure the objectives of the division are met;
- In charge of relationship management with suppliers, shipping companies and customs clearance providers;
- Continually evaluate processes (including warehouse) to identify efficiency gains, address performance gaps within the division and recommend appropriate action to ensure improvement;
- Develop and manage a first class inventory management and stock replenishment system in close liaison with suppliers and internal business management;
- Responsible for inventory management / replenishment, and warehouse capacity planning to handle significant business growth and promotional fluctuations while meeting operational targets;
- Maintain divisional relationships within the group through consensus building and implementation of best practice.
