We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the following positions to join our team:-
• Based in Kuwait, your primary focus will be the management of coffee quality within the restaurant and implementing its coffee program
• Know how to make all kind of coffees
• Knowledge in specialty coffee and different brewing methods
• Preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages and follow the specific recipes
• Restocking shelves and fridges
• Taking, punching and serving the orders
• To serve the tables in the dining area, taking the clients orders and to maintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the restaurant to the highest
• To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
• This will involve overseeing efficient workflow systems, equipment needs, managing coffee inventory, rolling out of new training programs
• Managing manuals and training programs and educating baristas about coffee offerings and products
• There are opportunities to assist with research and development of new beverages and seasonal menus
