• Oversee and improve the sales process to attract new clients
• Work with team members to identify and manage risks within the Division
• Develop, update and maintain the job description for every function in the Division
• Lead and supervise the teams in sales and client’s relations, marketing and communication, branches and home delivery departments
• Train and evaluate the team within the Division
• Develop, maintain and implement the policies and procedures for each department within the Division
• Maintain fruitful relationships with major clients and address their needs effectively
• Research and identify new market opportunities and products offering for future growth
