- The Branches Manager’s main role is to run the company’s stores successfully. While supervising the store’s floor, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff.
- They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of each store.
- The Branches Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.
- The Branches Manager is in charge of the entire stores and the employees that work within, in charge of the general operations of each store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals.
- The Branches Manager is also responsible for all aspects of store operations and planning, including; events, weekly sales flyers, execution and evaluation to ensure maximum sales, effective cost control, and efficient utilization of labor.
- They are accountable for ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and a positive working environment for employees.
