Job Function: As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager you will maintain your own portfolio o of clients and take responsibility for managing the tax compliance function for a portfolio of clients. You will also coordinate and lead tax audits that get carried out by the tax authority. Specific responsibilities include but area not limited to:


Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients.



Review tax declarations prepared by junior team members.



Manage tax audits carried out by the tax authority.



Assist in preparing tax advisor y memorandums.



Assist in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.



Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.



Train and supervise staff. Build relationships and interact with clients.



Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax declarations.



Identify and mitigate tax risks..



Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
