Deployment and Maintenance of Core banking application and system
Key accountabilities
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Corporate governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks including enforcement of data security, privacy and access controls.
System Integrity Ensure the integrity of the data and information to establish the parameter maintenance unit as a reliable source of information.
System Maintenance
· Maintain all the application level configurations of Finacle core banking for the following areas of business (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Bank and Branch, trade and treasury, E-banking and M-banking).
· Follow strict Change management and control Process
· Maintain version control of all deployment
· Maintenance of various production, test and development environment
· Maintain health check on the application
· Deployment of various patches such as database, source code and system configuration, scrambling and access control of test environment
· Ensure the technical interface components are functioning properly
Vendor Management Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors to evaluate their products and recommend architecturally.
Testing: Provide system test plans, and aid in testing interfaces and other systems as per requirement.
Corporate Governance Work closely with IT Security, Audit and Risk teams for approvals, reviews and granting of access to data.
