Management:
• Manages the workshop’s financial performance contribution, ensures to match the budgeted plan, and clarify for variances for corrective actions as needed
• Ensures the performance of Service Operational Standards (SOS) in the workshops and supports all facilities to overcome related barriers while complying with ISO standards
• Utilize the workshops’ bays effectively & labor working hours to increase work productivity & ensures providing customers with quick & enhanced services
• Analyzes the Repeat work reports and submit it to the technical department and set an action plan for repeat works and follow up implementation with team leaders
• Ensures all equipments & tools are in good working condition and are undergoing calibration properly and in a timely manner which enhances the operational performance
Operational Tasks:
• Coordinates with the spare parts department to ensure availability of spare parts for the repair works
• Prepare all periodical reports required, analyzes, identifies the opportunities and discusses the results with the management and staff in parallel
• Coordinates and supports the Service Manager for analyzing the workshops’ operational performance and recommends opportunities for improvement
• Supports the Service division to implement service promotional campaigns activities, analyzes the results & discusses findings with the Service Manager
• Perform all Managerial responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures and as required by the Department Head/Management
Customer Focus:
• Manages daily operational tasks of Express Service centers and implements necessary actions to achieve financial targets and to meet KPIs in customer satisfaction and productivity
• Handles customer complaints to maximize customer satisfaction and retention, which will reflect positively on business sales, profitability and growth
• Conducts periodic customer visits to develop further service sales and to ensure the satisfaction of existing customers
Team Focus and development:
• Oversees Supervisors, Foremen, QC and technicians during the repair process and makes sure that the job execution is right from the first time and supports staff for technical issues when required
• Evaluates staff, assess, trains and coaches them to get desired output from each staff at their roles
• Communicates with HR department to identify & assess the training needs for the service team
Safety, Health and Security:
• Monitors and oversees personnel safety and security procedures in workshops at all times
