- The candidate must have a valid and renewable Kuwaiti Driving license and a car.
- Projects will be mainly to supply Sanitary & Tiles from brands/ products offered by Safat Home.
- Conduct visits for the purpose of attracting new projects in the market, including visits and product presentation to designers, architects, site engineers, clients & representatives.
- Research and understand the geographic territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers – Commercial Projects & Home Owners.
- Assertive, innovative, proactive and willing to go to remarkable lengths to deliver quality products, customer experiences and services to our clientele.
- Identifying potential customer leads and following up on opportunities till converted.
- Work closely with Design, Field Measurer & Estimation team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Having an excellent and up to date knowledge of all products.
- Completing in an honest and accurate way, all daily and weekly checklists.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including telephone and email etiquette as well as face to face interactions.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when it comes to all things including servicing clients, processing orders, follow up contact, collections, etc.
- Preparing monthly customer leads and contract status feedback report for his / her area.
- Work in a time effective manner and be able to close contracts.
- Provide regular market competitor SWOT reports.
- Meet or beat deadlines with accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and information of all clients – Hardcopy & Softcopy.
- Being aware of all services such as Credit facilities, Warranty, Delivery & Installation, etc.
- Keeping all company information, including sales figures, strictly confidential.
- Ensuring he / she follows all company rules and regulations
- Representing the company in the best way possible at all times, whether on or off duty.
- Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management.
