• Responsible to design and execute visual concepts and ideas that represent the highest standards of Fashion brands.
• Develop of overall creative layout and production design for both consumer facing and internal corporate brand initiatives.
• Strong Experience in Video Editing
• Able to proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking skills who is able to process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise.
• Produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
• Ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
• Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
• Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time while managing deadlines and expectations.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of creative software (includes Adobe Creative Suite) and market trends
• Understand seasonal product calendar for marketing workflow
• Present and communicate ideas, concepts and constructive criticism properly and purposefully
• Pre and post production quality checks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design a variety of assets including emails, landing pages, social media designs, blog designs, landing page designs, animations, digital ads, site graphics, iconography, illustration, etc.
• Rapidly create sketches and prototypes to visualize and effectively communicate your ideas
• Occasionally collaborate with the product team to design visual elements for the application
