Job Purpose
Monitor, coordinate & ensure proper implementation & documentation of the organization processes & procedures along with the brands guidelines and visual identity through periodic audit and business requirement throughout the organization and at every touch point in customer lifecycle; further, respond and follow up on developed action plans.
Accountabilities
- Work closely with all dept. managers on setting an effective action plan related to assessments & audits and follow up on its implementation.
- Support all department managers to overcome infield maintenance barriers, to be aligned with the operation standards.
- Participate in the preparation of all monthly performance reports in coordination with department managers.
- Support and coordinate in implementing all quality standards properly in field as per principle’s guidelines Respond and follow up on developed action plan
- Suggest continuous improvements and implement cross functionally upgrades
- Oversee customer profiles and Persona development
- Analyze and classify client and survey data
- Gather, analyze and sort competitor’s information
