- Handling Facilities Management, Operations, Security for the compound
- Resolving client complaints and any conflicts.

- Ensuring regular Statutory requirement testing and handling the Health & safety management
- Responsible of the budgeting and expenses monitoring for required goods and services
- Work with a group of engineers (Electrical - Mechanics - civil- Architect - Agriculture )
- Work with a group of technicians (electricity - Mechanics - A/C - Plumber - Paints - Aluminum - carpenter - Agriculture)
