- To manage, organize and oversee luxury potential customer’s taste and expectation, be responsible for conducting and coordinating events & activities in a Five Star Standards Styles and also be focused on ensuring excellent customer experience
- Manage budgets relating to events management and negotiating the type & costs of services to be provided within the budget of our business plan
- To develop and implement hospitality strategies for vehicle sales, parts and service and promote the brand image of our luxury automotive brand in order to increase customer satisfaction index and Perceptions
- Develop an integrated hospitality strategy to effectively achieve brand promotion objectives and increase market share for Sales, Service and Parts departments in line with their respective business strategies
- Develop the Hospitality department’s budget to support overall business strategy of the Automotive Departments; monitor and report actual spending with break-ups on various activities to GENERAL MANAGER
- Ensure appropriate research is been carried out and competitor hospitality intelligence information is timely sourced to support development of a dynamic and responsive hospitality events & ceremonies
- Lead development of detailed hospitality events calendar in active coordination with Head of Department and General Manager
- Coordinate with Head of Department -Marketing & Head of Department - Vehicle Sales (Head of Department -Sales) to plan for new product launches events
- Recommend appropriate media channel (print, television, radio, mobile technology etc.) to Head of Departments based on their targeted audience
- Plan new customer relationship reinforcement initiatives, outlining the integration required with hospitality programs
- Review and approve formulations of all hospitality promotions, outdoor events, media programs etc.
- Modify the hospitality strategy, plans and programs suitably in response to changing business environment or business strategy
- Oversee implementation of HOSPITALITY initiatives approved by GENERAL MANAGER
- Oversee public relation activities and ensure that Luxury Automotive Brand creates the desired impact in desired media channels
- Support development of an interactive Luxury Automotive Brand automotive website providing web-based hospitality information and services to customers on vehicle sales, parts and service solutions
