Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Plan daily activities of the workshop.
• Receives and recording all incoming and outgoing jobs.
• Conduct weekly & monthly meetings with service team.
• Develop & execute training for maintenance team.
• Prepare & maintain preventive maintenance schedule effectively.
• Disseminates information regarding preventive maintenance.
• To lead a team of technical / manual personnel and maintain harmonious working relationships.
• To plan & schedule technicians, material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.
• To maintain effective lines of communication between the implementation and execution functions.
• Ensure prompt repairs by responding to breakdown calls
• Maintain generator breakdown log and adequately plan to prevent repeated breakdowns.
• To maintain and enforce a safe working environment.
• Timely follow-up parts requests and complete the repair of BD-UR assets within the scheduled time.
• Visit key customers monthly basis to ensure whether clients are satisfied with service team performance.
• Refer SOP & follow the maintenance procedure accordingly.
• Ensure housekeeping, productivity, and quality of work standards are maintained, most especially within the maintenance shop.
• Carry out trouble shooting and rectify workshop problems.
• Arranging the required manpower to complete the job.
• Preparation of daily /monthly report, accident / damage / breakdown reports.
• Achieve departmental, as well as personal goals.
• Adherence to all JTC and client specific QHSE policies.
• Adherence to all JTC ISO and Operating Procedures as defined.
