Responsible for achieving used car sales targets and managing all operational responsibilities for a designated used car showroom.
- Drive sales efforts of individual salespersons providing them with requisite support in deal closure
- Provide requisite assistance to Group Manager Vehicle Appraisal in appraising and pricing of trade-in vehicles
- Ensure walk-in customers are received appropriately and their complaints are recorded effectively
- Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with wholesale customers such as second hand car dealers, corporate houses and vehicle dealers in other countries etc
- Inspect all used cars coming from trade-ins or Al Mulla Rental & Leasing and estimate requisite repairs which need to be carried out on the vehicles for refurbishing the same in conjunction with technicians and appraisers
- Interact and negotiate with local vendors and private garages for purchase of spare parts and accessories of various manufacturers as well as for getting trade-in vehicles serviced in non Al Mulla service centers
- Negotiate and finalize the final offer price for selected used car with customers
- Ensure that used cars are properly displayed within the showroom
- Monitor used car inventory on a regular basis and recommend measures to ensure rotation of the same by offering special discounts and other schemes
