- Maximise collections and work on getting them early from customers
- Reduce aged overdues by resolving issues. Escalate issues in market to Manager wherever required.
- Ensure that statement of accounts are shared regularly with customers and balance confirmation obtained.
- Work in co-ordination with Customers, our Operations team and our Accountants to achieve objectives
- Conduct extensive and regular physical visits to meet customers and develop effective working relationship with key personnel of Customers
- Gain market feedback and advise Management.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
