One of Our renowned Client in Oil and gas is hiring Specialist Human Resources Applications for Kuwait
Purpose & Scope:
Using standard documentation methods and deliverables to collect and document system needs and requirements.
Enhancing business processes and practices after being identified, understood and analysed.
Understanding and analysing the current business process model in order to create the solution design for the system to be implemented.
Conducting and facilitating the system user training and maintaining proper training documentation.
Ensuring the system readiness and suitability to be used in live environments by managing and supervising a proper system testing process.
Recommending and advising on best practices for activating and utilizing the system functions and features to satisfy the various business needs.
Providing the guidance and proper information needed by the project decision makers based on experience and project involvement.
Fulfilling the system requirements of the business users by proposing functional solutions to be implemented by the system consultants and technical developers.
Using standard project management methodologies to support the project manager in achieving the project objectives within the planned time, cost and quality.
Coordinate and Support HR Group/Teams in Internal HR Systems automation and day to day activities.
