Job Purpose
Present the vehicles in good manners for selling as customers ‘needs and interests, and respond for his requests to facilitate selling process as company sales service way standard procedures.
Accountabilities
- Greet the customer in good manner and provide him a good hospitality.
- Allocating tasks to staff
- Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
- Reporting to management
- Organizing holidays and training
- Discussing and resolving problems
- Carrying out performance reviews
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Obtain credit information about customers and all treatments’ issues.
- To insure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
- Insure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
