Looking for an experienced STORE MANAGER for a MEDIUM-SIZED Retail Grocery Market
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for mass procurement of grocery products. The Manager must create a good relationship with Suppliers & Distributors.
• Increasing sales by carrying out market surveys, Identifying consumer needs
• Responsible for Inventory Management
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Achieving financial objectives by achieving the target sales; expenditures; and analysing the variances;
• Preparing MIS report
• Ensures high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Formulating pricing policies by reviewing activities; determining & preparing sales promotion materials; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
• Maintaining the stability and reputation of the store
