Business Model:
1- Coach entrepreneurs in:
a. Analyzing business needs and requirements.
b. Identifying improvement opportunities in the startup business.
c. Preparing new business processes.
2- Create a Business Modelling tool in line with the NF and the market requirements.
Financial Analysis:
1- Coach entrepreneurs on preparing a financial plan.
2- Review the financial plan prepared by the entrepreneur and propose solutions as needed.
3- Create or modify existing financial planning tools (excel).
4- Be responsible for companies financial activities.
Workshops & one on one support:
1- Prepare Financial Planning workshops.
2- Deliver workshops.
3- Mentor entrepreneurs and help them in creating a sound Financial Plan
