Position Summary:
Drive the day to day execution of an advanced analytics project mainly centered around descriptive, predicting and prescriptive modeling, including:
- Managing a team of junior resources
- Leading the day-to-day interactions with the business users
- Updating and involving the head of analytics
Responsibilities:
· Role would entail corporate-wide, cross-functional, accountability for development of descriptive, predictive, and optimization models to leverage existing information assets for ROI maximization as well as enhance revenue generation and operational efficiency
– Descriptive models: Value, need, behavioral customer segmentation models, social network analysis, market basket analysis, RFM segmentation, prepaid balance consumption behavior modeling
– Predictive models: Voluntary, involuntary, port-out churn propensity models for postpaid and inactivity based churn propensity models for prepaid. Cross-sell, up-sell propensity models of voice and data lines. Pre-to-post switching models, multi sim identification model, prepaid reload prediction model, fraud detection models, uplift modeling
– Optimization models: Campaign optimization models, pricing optimization, shop waiting time optimization models, network optimization. Geo-statistics & Geospatial Modeling and Analysis
· Needs to be able to independently drive work in terms of: organization and prioritization of tasks, planning of work, management of different business users and requests, etc.
· Take full ownership for coordination of the analytical activities, identify technical & organizational problems/issues, develop solutions and fully implement these solutions with agreement from the management where appropriate
· Demonstrate technical proficiency in bridging the gap between Business & Technology, demonstrating credibility and taking accountability at executive level for c strategies, vision and Advanced Analytics roadmap
