a. Study & understand customers’ needs and translate it into products |
b. Analyze & evaluate market research data to identify critical business factors |
c. Maintaining relation with suppliers and handle all negotiations, product selection & business agreements. |
d. Achieve the highest gross margin & sales targets |
e. Study the different competitors’ products in all regions and performing the best product benchmarking. |
f. Track and analyze category and product performance in terms of volume and profitability. |
g. Manage the process of discontinued product liquidation |
h. Provide product technical training for sales team |
i. Support after sales team to solve customer complaints and customer maintenance. |
j. Merchandising plan for any new assortment. |
