- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Ensuring all JV’s are prepared and posted before month closing.
- Preparing asset schedules and reconciling with G/L accounts.
- Performing bank reconciliation on daily basis with G/L accounts.
- Planning and scheduling periodic physical inventory count as per company policy.
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policy in all accounting procedures.
- Creates monthly financial reports, including cash-flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conducts monthly review of all management accounts.
- Prepares end-of-year reports and statements.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
