• To manage overall functions of warehouse operations including the implementation of work instructions and systems.
• To provide technical instructions and direction to Stores administration personnel as required.
• To manage the development of strategies to support stores administration personnel in training and evaluation including interview, selection, assignment and transfer of stores administration staff.
• To manage and control budgets for stores administration and central stores.
• To take responsibility for capital asset registers including storage and distribution.
• To manage periodic stores inspections and audits including management reporting in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• To coordinate with Project Managers and Managers of Projects to set up project storage facilities and solve warehouse related problems and closure of project stores.
• To manage stores administration activities including scaffolding, tools control, lifting accessories, scrapping material requisitions, inventory arrangement, asset control and coordination with other departments.
• Reasonable to prepare reports related to warehouse activities.
