Job Summary/Purpose:
To enter and retrieve data from the central information system in order to open and close Accessories Job Cards.
Responsibilities:
• Compile, enter and retrieve data from various sources such as invoices, vouchers, and reports.
• Maintain and update records on the database.
• Check Accessories Requests on E-synergy and update remarks in each unit in the system
• Create Accessories Inventory Management System Invoicing, maintaining and updating the database.
• Create Stock receiving Vouchers (SRV) for outside vendors.
• Follow-up on vehicles accessories.
