- Answer incoming telephone calls: determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate staff or department.
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate staff is unavailable.
- Answer questions related to the Company and provide callers with address, directions and other basic information.
- Greet visitors in a polite and friendly manner
to the showroom and direct them to the appropriate sales staff (Mazda/Peugeot).
- Receive incoming calls from customers and direct them to the concerned Department.
- Maintain a daily log of showroom customers/daily calls for inquiries for vehicle sales for Management review.
