job Summary/Purpose:
Provide overall technical support for the installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of medical equipment/s.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct the Product Installation/s at customer site covering all the installation aspects without any error.
• Prepare the installation/maintenance report/s and submit to the customers in order to ensure customer acknowledgement and sign off.
• Provide the customers with training regarding proper operation, repair and maintenance procedures in order to operate the equipment efficiently.
• Attend customer Service Calls On time and specify customer technical requirements.
• Ensure customer and the installed based prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
• Conduct on time preventive maintenance to the customers as per the specified schedule.
• Coordinate with government and private key accounts in order to generate service contracts.
• Communicate with the sales team and Marketing Department on customer activities and requirements.
• Ensure proper attention is given to customers in order to achieve or exceed the set targets for CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Provide sales team with technical information and assist them to prepare presentations, demos, and other sales aids of Medical products in order to present the products to the customers.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed and necessary records and checks are maintained at all the times.
• Maintain the necessary documents and other safety related documents.
• Ensure that all jobs are adequately protected and the safety of the workforce and public is maintained at all times.
• Provide “hands on” experience with specified equipment including testing and troubleshooting system level problems.
• Provide detailed test results and documentation.
