The senior sales executive will be responsible for the marketing, promoting and profitably selling the products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Identifies business opportunities with current customers and by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and statistics.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers
• Mentoring sales team members by providing guidance and solutions to improve sales efficiency and achieve or exceed the allocated sales target.
• Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
• Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales employees to ensure qualified personnel are recruited
• Set and enforce company standards for operations and quality of service
• Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and distribution of company products
• Communicate with clients to identify their product requirements and facilitate supply
• Employ knowledge of products and services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
• Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department.
