Responsibilities:
- Preparing and updating trail balance, profit & loss account and balance sheet
- Ensuring all JV’s are prepared and posted before month closing
- Supporting/Leading month end and year end closing cycles
- Preparing asset schedules and reconciling with G/L accounts
- Leading bank reconciliation on daily basis with G/L accounts
- Planning and scheduling periodic physical inventory count as per company policy
- Liaising with category, delivery & installation and marketing departments for vendor payments and reconciliation with G/L accounts
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policy in all accounting procedures
