- Making of sales reports on weekly basis for CEO & MD
- Handling of cash receipts and disbursements
- Coordinating with Banks as CEO personal Accountant [Kuwait & Overseas]
- Undertaking wire transfers as and when directed by CEO
- Monitoring of Personal Bank Accounts [Kuwait & Overseas]
- Any special assignments and reports as assigned by CEO
- Making monthly expenses summaries and highlighting variances
- Overall check on expenditure and personnel authorized to make expenditure
- Prepare budget tables and final financial report for donor reports and Assist with any other duties as assigned
- Analyze all invoices and receipts; ensure correct coding of transactions and reconcile petty cash weekly
- Maintain accounts payable files
